Servos and manifolds - 2007/04/30 11:35 Running servos brakes on a beautiful bay pickup - stock 1600 engine. The engine is making nasty noises - "I" think (that means someone told me it might be!) that 3rd piston is not moving.

So, in interests of getting the van fixed before next Sunday!! - is it an easy-ish job to change the pistons over and to check whether that is what is wrong?

Second - as I've got servos running, there's an extra pipe coming from the manifold to the servo. If I wanted to stick on a spare 1600 engine (stealing it from the bay camper) - would I have to change over then manifolds and if so, how easy is it and do I need to get a load of new gaskets and rubbers?

Cheers
