Servicing newbie beetle cabriolet - 2007/02/22 22:18
a very good evening to you, Mr Squire.
A question for you... Sarah's newbie beetle is in need of a service. The car's done about 20,000 miles. According to Heritage (in the car's handbook), the service requires:
oil change
inspection service
longlife engine oil used
with possible:
haldex filter changed
spark plugs changed
air filter element changed
fuel filter changed
toothed belt changed
AFT changed
brake fluid changed
(apparently foux foux values are an optional extra!)
Something you can do (and would be interested in)?
I understand that you are normally way to busy playing with aircooled projects - but just wondered what your capability was for the water cooled cousins? And service needs to be done sometime before April.
Oh, and my van could do with a bit of a clean too.
