its the same as every thing ,,,, easy when you know how !! all you have to remember is every thing on a vehicle needs a + and a - supply to work .. on vws most fauts are caused by an earthing (-) fault so always check that ... then check there are no corrodid fuses ... and so on ... its the sort of thing that if you dont understand electrics you can make the fault worse or even cause a fire if you are really unluky !!! so if its not an obvious fault you are better off getting checked out by someone who does understand how the electrics work ...
